Holi is a spring festival that originated in India and is celebrated by mainly the Indian community in Singapore. However, many people in Singapore participate in the festival of colours, or as it is also known, the festival of sharing love. To celebrate Holi in Singapore, a vibrant carnival of colours is held, where participants can play, chase and colour each other with dry powder of different colours. One can take part in Holi festivities at Sentosa, Kembangan and other parts of Singapore.
